Virtual Comprehensive Teledentistry Consultation

Our services are available in person at our Rochester, NY and Mendon, NY offices. Teledentistry services are offered exclusively to patients who are physically located in New York State at the time of the virtual visit, in accordance with New York State dental licensure requirements.
Patients who are located outside New York State must be seen in person at one of our offices for dental evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment. Travel to our office is required for each clinical dental appointment.
What Is the Virtual Comprehensive Teledentistry Consultation?
The Virtual Comprehensive Teledentistry Consultation allows out-of-state and international patients to receive an in-depth, one-on-one evaluation with Dr. Gupta from the comfort of home. This service is designed to provide clarity, education, and strategic treatment planning before traveling to BG Dental Wellness & Cosmetic Center in Rochester, New York.
This consultation helps patients arrive prepared, informed, and confident for their in-person visits, allowing for efficient scheduling and personalized care.
How Does the Remote Consultation Process Work?
Patients submit comprehensive diagnostic records in advance. Once payment is received, Dr. Gupta personally reviews all diagnostic data in detail prior to the virtual visit.
During the live consultation, Dr. Gupta discusses findings, oral-systemic considerations, holistic treatment options, and a customized pre-treatment strategy tailored to your health goals.
What Diagnostic Data Is Required?
To ensure a complete and accurate evaluation, please submit the following:

CBCT (3D Cone Beam Scan) of all teeth

Seven (7) intraoral photographs

Bitewings and periapicals of all teeth

A non-refundable consultation fee of $490 is required prior to review and scheduling.

What Happens After Submission and Payment?
Once payment is processed and records are received, Dr. Gupta conducts a thorough clinical review of your case.
You will then be scheduled for an hour virtual consultation, during which Dr. Gupta prepares to deliver a detailed, personalized pre-treatment roadmap.

During the consultation, Dr. Gupta will:
